- It's an HP Integral PC, a 680x0 based all-in-one UNIX workstation
- running HP-UX 3.x something (?), a good part of which is in PROM.
- Except for the speed, it's the best workstation HP ever built (and
- that's saying a lot)! We have three of those beasts and use them
- regularly for instrument control and data taking in the field. A
- PA-RISC based version with a bigger screen, X Windows instead of the
- special windowing system used, and a color inkjet printer instead of the
- built-in b/w one, would turn this into my dream machine. Particularly if
- the weigth and volume of the box could be made a bit smaller.
