  15. We have here one hp9000/817 machine running HPUX 8.02. We could observe that
  16. independent  of what we run on it, the workload (measured by such programs like
  17. xload, top, uptime) is slowly rising reaching after few days level of about 15.
  18. If we reboot the machine everything returns to normal. Even when the workload
  19. is 15 all system statistics seem to be perfectly normal, we can't even observe
  20. any major decrease in speed of the machine.

  22. I wonder, maybe somebody else has already encountered this problem, and maybe
  23. even knows how to solve it (rebooting works but it's for sure not the best way).
