- VuePad is taking files and allegedly saving them using non-printing characters.
- Has anyone else seen this problem, and other than searching the inode table,
- or other arcane measures, how have you gotten the files back?
-
- Also, is there is a better editor available for HP/UX? While I don't mind
- using vi, most of the users would prefer something that looks a lot more like
- MacWrite II. VuePad just isn't working in that regeard--some of our users have
- decided that if they're going to have to learn a non-intuitive editor, they
- might as well learn vi.
-
-
- Also, does someone have a Versatec plotter driver that works under Racal Redac's
- Visula? The standard driver is available, but it doesn't work at all under
- Visula. The RR people have promised a driver "real soon now", but if someone
- has cobbled one up, we'd like to use that.
-
- Thanks
