- If this worked (it doesn't) it would sure be rude for people to
- do. Washington University spends its money to provide local dialout
- access for its students. For Joe InternetLuser to use something he
- didn't pay for (no tuition, no WA taxes) is pretty lame and is also
- the kind of thing that makes the Internet something that `those in
- charge' will want to (over)regulate.
