  34. We have a bit of paper that lists this, only problem is that the renewal fee
  35. is not specified.

  41. If DEC make a mistake and give something away on terms that are "too
  42. generous" then that is their own look out.

  44. What this sounds like to me is that DEC Norway haven't got a clue what they
  45. are playing at.

  47. Try writing a letter to the next step up in the hierarchy saying how
  48. incompetent your lot are. With a CC to your lot and a hint that such letters
  49. will come in droves until they act up should get the message across.

  56. We still waiting for our CDs. DEC Germany is a competence free Zone. Mind you
  57. same goes for most of German industry. Gross institutional stagnation because
  58. everyone is on holiday for 6 weeks of the year (plus national hols).
