- We have a bit of paper that lists this, only problem is that the renewal fee

- Try writing a letter to the next step up in the hierarchy saying how
- incompetent your lot are. With a CC to your lot and a hint that such letters
- will come in droves until they act up should get the message across.

- We still waiting for our CDs. DEC Germany is a competence free Zone. Mind you
- same goes for most of German industry. Gross institutional stagnation because
- everyone is on holiday for 6 weeks of the year (plus national hols).
