  15.     I have heard a rumor that DEC has a system they supossedly call ETV 
  16. which gives ethernet connectifity over "normal" cable TV networks.
  17. I would like any information there is on any system that delivers this kind of 
  18. connectifity, asspecialy I would like to know the following things:

  20. How is the connection with the pc? (ie ISA-board, rs232, ethernetcard+special
  21. "modem", other)
  22.  
  23. What kind of performance (throughput etc) are we talking about?
  24.  
  25. What are the limitations (distances, numbers, etc)
  26.  
  27. Any other systems then DEC?
  28.  
  29. People to talk to about these systems (Manufacturers, Dealers etc or
  30. with hands on experiance, users).
