- I have a Commodore 128 with a 80 column monochrome monitor. I have Kermit
- ready to go on a disk, but I cannot figure out how to alter the initialization
- file for my needs. Because I only have a 80 column monochrome monitor I cannot
- follow the instructions in the manual. They expect you to be able to switch
- from a 40 column monitor to a 80 column one while the terminal is on. When I
- looked at the file KERMIT.INI SEQ with a word processor, I only saw two lines
- and they consisted on non-numeric non-alphabetic characters. Well, is there so
- mething wrong with the file, or is it in code?
- My real question is how can I fix my initialization file so that it will
- load a set-up that will work with a 80 column monochrome monitor as soon as the
- program boots up.
