  12. I have a Commodore 128 with a 80 column monochrome monitor.  I have Kermit
  13. ready to go on a disk, but I cannot figure out how to alter the initialization
  14. file for my needs.  Because I only have a 80 column monochrome monitor I cannot
  15. follow the instructions in the manual.  They expect you to be able to switch
  16. from a 40 column monitor to a 80 column one while the terminal is on.  When I
  17. looked at the file KERMIT.INI SEQ with a word processor, I only saw two lines
  18. and they consisted on non-numeric non-alphabetic characters.  Well, is there so
  19. mething wrong with the file, or is it in code?
  20.     My real question is how can I fix my initialization file so that it will
  21. load a set-up that will work with a 80 column monochrome monitor as soon as the
  22.  program boots up.
