  11. Here's the update to the mail-server. The binary uuencoded send is now working
  12. and several new features have been added.

  29. This mail-server is software running on a VAX/VMS system written in DCL code in
  30. my _own_ account so please do not bug the system administrators at this site
  31. with queries etc about the mail-server. Any questions, etc... may instead be

  40. How to use the mail-server / What it is.

  42. This mail-server is intended to help me keep track / more easily update my
  43. mailing list of individuals who wish to sub-scribe or get back-issues of
  44. C= Hacking mailed to them. 
  45.  
  46. To use it simply send a message to "duck@pembvax1.pembroke.edu" (me) with a
  47. subject line of "MAILSERV" and then with one of the following commands in the
  48. body of the mail message:

  50. Currently the following commands are supported:

  52. status        - returns the current commands (this list)
  53. send iss#.    - sends issue # (1-4 currently). Remember the period!!
  54. subscribe     - subscribe to the mailing list automatically
  55. catalog       - show list of available source /uuencoded binaries
  56. psend name    - send uuencoded binary.

  58. Please send any ideas for programs that you wish to see on the Mail-server to
  59. me first with a non "MAILSERVER" subject line.
