  12. I'm interested in figuring out how long a run I can make from my 3B2.
  13. Hopefully, I can pull about 75 feet of cable from a terminal to the
  14. main machine - can the 3B2 drive a line this long?  Our old VAX 780
  15. handles lines over 13 stories long :-)

  17. BTW: does anyone out there have a source for CHEAP RJ-45 cables
  18. that'll work on a 3B2?  I don't have access to the crimp connector, so
  19. making my own is effectively out of the question.  How about those
  20. terminal adapters?  I foud the "make 'em yourself" variety for about
  21. $5 each.  Anybody know of a more reasonable price?  Of course, buying
  22. from AT&T is probably insane.
