- Actually, it sounds like you are at the perfect place to run ICDs
- hard disk formatter. The first thing that the program will show you
- is all of the devices it can find. It will display the name of the
- device next to the SCSI ID. Since it obtains the name from the
- devices itself will be testing your cable at that time.

- Unless this drive was formatted on an ST/STe/TT you most likely will
- not get a hard drive icon until you have formatted and partitioned
- the drive.
