  11. Robert Morrison asked about ROM select jumpers relating to installing
  12. TOS 2.06..

  14. Those "resistors" marked  W102, W103, etc. aren't resistors at all..
  15. they're just jumper wires (thus the designation "Wxxx") which are
  16. manufactured to resemble resistors so automatic component insertion
  17. machines can handle them.  (You could verify that with an ohmmeter).

  19. You could simply snip them off the pc board and solder plain wires
  20. into the correct jumper pads for TOS 2.06.

  22. The holes for the other jumpers are likely to be filled with solder
  23. from the wavesoldering manufacturing process, so that would have to
  24. be removed first..  no problem for anyone with soldering experience.
