  35. I don't know about his dealings but this is not the first time I see
  36. users complaining about his service. The first time, he said due to
  37. lack of disks in the country (because of OS/2 and Windows) he couldn't
  38. get any disks and therefore was not able to send it. I believe the
  39. average waiting period for his product was 3 months.

  41. Whatever the case, it will bring negative feedback from users such as
  42. the above.
