- i've been thinking about getting a computer to use for electronic music -
- sequencing, sampling, synthesizing. but i don't have that much money to
- spend. more than once person has suggested i get an atari - perhaps an old 520 -
- and collect PD software and i'll be able to get everything i could want. how
- realistic is this? what could i do; what could i not do? how much would it run
- me, do you think, and what, in general, are people's impressions of what's
- available free or cheap? etc etc. any and all information on this appreciated.
-
- thanks,
-
