  12. My ATARI dealer sold me a mouse for my STe 1040 which frequently starts
  13. to wander around the screen by itself - without me touching the mouse.
  14. The problem is of course that in some programs, if it pulls down a menu,
  15. the program will not respond to keyboard inputs.

  17. My dealer tells me this is common to all non-atari mice, and is due to
  18. "very strong signals from the mouse". In my opinion this has rather to do
  19. with "very much noise from the mouse". Should I accept what he says, or
  20. is this behavior of my mouse unacceptable? Any authorized opinions are
  21. very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
