  22. The ADU driver trick is supposed to be used with a third-party driver
  23. in the GenericMacSCSI file.  My local user group came across one
  24. driver that supported SyQuests and also seemed to work with most other
  25. SCSI drives, but I forget its name.
  26. The driver included in ADU is only guaranteed to work with
  27. Apple-branded SCSI drives.  It may or may not work with other drives.

  35. It sounds like the Mac driver created a large number of 'spare'
  36. entries in the partition map, possibly with some invalid data that
  37. caused the IIgs SCSI drivers to get very confused.

  39. I would be interested to know what the 8-bit program "Chinook SCSI
  40. Utilities" thought of the drive.
