- Strong magnetic fields will affect the integrity of any magnetic
- media, be it a floppy disk, a hard drive's platters, a Floptical disk,
- or a Bernoulli or Syquest cartridge. (MO cartridges might be a little
- more resistant since, if I'm not mistaken, it takes a combination of
- heat (from a laser) and an applied magnetic field to change them.)
