- Here's another interesting thing I have found about VIAD. Recently my GS
- battery went dead. (It was the original battery, and my GS is a Woz. Goes to
- show that some of the batteries lived up to their expectations.) Anyway,
- I replaced the battery with the slide on, but I forgot to set the clock.
-
- Then when I ran VIAD, it would hang or crash. I couldn't figure out why,
- so I went on to other things for the moment, then I noticed my clock was off,
- so I reset it. It was set to something like 1902 for the year. Well, then
- I thought that maybe VIAD was barfing on the bad clock setting, and well I
- must have been right, because it works fine now that the clock was reset.
-
- Anyone know why VIAD looks at the clock?
