  20.     Who needs to go to a local store anyways? They charge too much and rip  
  21. you off. And since they regard the IIGS in such low esteem anyways, you're  
  22. better off shooting yourself with a gun. Of course, it might be nice to see  
  23. what you're buying, but I have never really minded buying software from mail  
  24. order. Its easy, quick, convienent, inexpensive, and with the Apple II mail  
  25. order places, you'll find much better support than you would at the local  
  26. stores.

  28.     Now the biggest problem is finding a source of information about what  
  29. is being sold on the mail orders, and thats the biggest void in the II market.  
  30. A+ is ok, but its nearly a year behind in everything and often gives out  
  31. incorrect information. GS+ is a great magazine, but is hard to reach and is  
  32. bi-monthly. If the II world gains a method to get information to the all the  
  33. users via some format, that will do far more good than having a few local  
  34. stores carry II products.
