  28. udl is an EXEcutable that will convert text from UNIX, MS-DOS, or ProDOS format
  29. to any of the 3 formats.  It works nicely...  the author ( Soenke, did I spell
  30. that right? ) forgot to make out the debug codes.  He included the source code
  31. with it, so if you have ORCA/C, you just need to recompile it with out
  32. generating the debug code.

  34. It would be nice if it would check to see if a file is in text or not.  Right
  35. now, it'll take anything, and convert it...
