- I wonder why? I'm sure you've read the articles. They are written for a very,
- very,...basic audience. The information content in the networking and
- AFE, et al was so low that I'm surprised it lasted this long. How much
- knowledge does it take to get a Phonenet connector, to realize that there
- are Appletalk networks, etc...That column was an insult to any systems'
- administrator of a school computer system. With some exceptions, the people
- writing for inCider seem to be uninformed when it comes to both platforms.
- There are enough Mac magazines floating around with intelligent articles
- on networking, etc...One doesn't go to inCider to learn about this sort of
- thing. I'm not trying to put it down, but it's hard not to admit that the
- level of information of inCider was very, very low.
