- On a DN 3000 running SR 10.4, I have the following problems:
- 1. edrgy never returns a prompt when it is started.
- 2. rgy_admin never returns a prompt when it is started.
- 3. getpwnam and getpwuid can find some users but not others.
-
- What could be causing this?
-
- Notes:
- 1. 5 nodes in the network are running 10.3.5 and 5 are running
- 10.4. All the nodes running glbd and rgyd are running 10.4.
- 2. The rest of the nodes function correctly.
- 3. /etc/passwd is the same on the failing node and on a working
- node. (I compared them with diff.)
- 4. The UUID of the global location broker is nonstandard because
- there are other Apollo's on the campus Ethernet. (I made our
- Apollo's a cell.)
-
- Thanks.
