  11. On a DN 3000 running SR 10.4, I have the following problems:
  12.   1.  edrgy never returns a prompt when it is started.
  13.   2.  rgy_admin never returns a prompt when it is started.
  14.   3.  getpwnam and getpwuid can find some users but not others.

  16. What could be causing this?

  18. Notes:
  19.   1.  5 nodes in the network are running 10.3.5 and 5 are running
  20.       10.4.  All the nodes running glbd and rgyd are running 10.4.
  21.   2.  The rest of the nodes function correctly.
  22.   3.  /etc/passwd is the same on the failing node and on a working
  23.       node.  (I compared them with diff.)
  24.   4.  The UUID of the global location broker is nonstandard because
  25.       there are other Apollo's on the campus Ethernet.  (I made our
  26.       Apollo's a cell.)
