  25. Hmm. Not totally true. It kinda depends on what country your in. Would it
  26. surprize you that in the Netherlands when you want to become a registered
  27. developer, you need to

  30. 2. Be registered at the Chamber of Commerce
  31. 3. Be prepared to pay US$ 500.- a year...

  33. Sound familiar? Yes it IS the Commercial Developer program! And it is 
  34. also the ONLY one they are offering!!! How about us Freeware/Shareware
  35. programmers? I can meet the first two requirements, but US$ 500,- a
  36. year? No way. I don't mind having to pay C= a reasonable sum for the
  37. 'privilige' of being registered, and getting the info I need, but $500
  38. is way out of my league... :-(
