- When catch.o tries to write the SnapShot.tb file, it first tries to
- write to the Current Directory, and if that fails, to the root of DF1:,
- and if that fails, to the root of DF0:, and lastly, it just exits.

- If your current directory is on a floppy, that is the first place it
- will try to write.

- It sounds, though, like your system is so trashed, it has affected the
- HD controller software, which is why your HD is getting trashed. In
- that case, setting the CD to a floppy is probably your best bet. At
- least if the Write() trashes that, you won't have lost much...
