  21. Actually, related to this - when I set scopts to noversion and noconsole,
  22. I *expect* there to be no messages. It appears, however, that the global
  23. optimiser doesn't know about the options in the scoptions file... it
  24. still fills the screen with optimiser warnings/messages. (I'll mail this
  25. to EMITS as a suggested enhancement soon...)
