- I have a simple include file called demostart that opens a requester,
- asks for permission to take over the machine, then sends my routine
- control of the machine in a shutdown state. Very simple and handy. I
- even have definitions so that I can automatically have routines called to
- initialise a protracker mod. So, no, it isn't hard. However, if you're
- dealing with something really huge, it is easier to boot and load things
- where you want them, etc. Figure, a small demo can be started from the
- cli, etc. A bit one will probably need to be booted, or else assume it
- has the whole machine and wipe everything out _anyway_. (i.e., if it's
- very big, it probably needs more space than is available anyway.) Maybe
- not 100% true, but at least 75%. Besides, would you trust something
- important running and maybe have a demo wipe it out? Not me!
