  12.    I was fooling around with the Gad Toolbox program and the source I generated
  13. had the GT_Underscore and some other constants that my include files don't
  14. know about.
  15.    What I need to know is, is there an easy way of getting the right (up to
  16. date) include files _without_ the hassle of contacting Manx (it's kinda
  17. difficult here in Australia)?
