  36. I get these, too.  It's only when you mvoe the mouse around, right?
  37. Quit some programs.  DPaintIV doesn't like sharing memory, apparently.
  38. When I run JrComm and/or play music w/ MED, these dots show up.  Quit
  39. some applications, and it should work fine.
