  24. How about a program like Steve Tibets "TaskX" that shows a list of all
  25. running tasks and allows you to change their priority up or down by
  26. simply clicking a button. It would also show their individual "CPU use"
  27. percentages (all adding to 100% unlike Xoper). It could be made a
  28. commodity with a hot-key that causes it to pop-up. It could also pop up
  29. on the current screen (public or not) rather than just the workbench.

  31. Here's the really desirable feature : allow specific tasks to be left
  32. out of the list by some configuration file. This would allow you to hide
  33. all the system tasks and show only the actual applications running.

  43. A good idea, but I think CBM should do this. I'm surprised WB3.0
  44. doesn't. Then again, maybe CBM should do the program I suggested above.
  45. (The average Joe shouldn't have to use changetaskpri to change
  46. priorities)
