  11. An interesting Debate... Although I must agree that Piracy can't be equated
  12. to theft directly... In principal yes but not directly...

  14. Take this as a small example of what I mean.

  16. 5 people chip in to buy that new game or whatever... Under most people's
  17. definition that is Piracy but each person believes they are "morally" correct 
  18. since they did pay for the program (at least partially)...

  20. Is this Piracy? And if so who gets set to jail all 5 or an arbitrary 4 of the
  21. 5? Also what was stolen?
