  20. A number of companies sell rom adapter kits that would let you
  21. run the standard 2.04 roms for the A2000 in your A1000.  Have
  22. you looked into those ?  Then you wouldn't be put into the
  23. position of defending software piracy.

  30. Ah, I see you've thought about it, at least a little.  If you've got
  31. extensive loading on the bus, then probably you should switch your
  32. writable control store module to a rom, and lessen the load on your
  33. bus.  Its only 256K of ram, which you more than make up by getting to
  34. use your ram card as system ram, rather than as storage for 2.04.
