- Greetings and Salutations,
-
- I am in need of two things, one moreso than the other. In order of
- importance, these are:
-
- 1. A program to "deTeX" TeX and/or LaTeX documents. I've tried dvi2tty but
- this required far too much post-processing to be feasible. The intent
- is to convert LaTeX documentation into ASCII without *too* much manual
- labor. Source, binaries, GNUemacs programs, any platform, any hint
- whatsoever, greatly appreciated!
-
- 2. Information on Commodore's Installer program. I've learned a few bits
- about it by going through various scripts that accompanied software that
- used this program, but getting the whole picture to write my own script
- is a bit daunting. Do I need to be a registered developer to distribute
- Installer with my own, free software?
-
- Any help on either or both of these question is greatly appreciated.
- Please reply via email and if there is need, I shall summarize to the net.
