  17.  It seems there may be a problem with the fans in some or all of the first
  18. lot of 4000s that have been shipped. Overheating - causing overall system
  19. "flakey-ness" is the result.

  21.  At least one user (Skip Sauls) had his fan in backwards when shipped, and
  22. another complained about the fan not working at all.
