- I saw a news article in BAU (about 2-3 column inches) which said to
- phone Customer Support, so I did. I phoned on Friday 28th August and
- sent my disc off the same evening. As Monday 31st was a bank holiday,
- they can't have got my disc until at least Tuesday 1st September, but
- they still changed it, even if it did take them about four weeks to do
- so.

- I do agree about the advertising though. I have had at least three
- letters now about their travelling show thing, two of them exactly the
- same!
