- Can anyone suggest how I could replace my A5000 ARM3 with one of these ? ;-)
- I presume a company like Atomwide must have the technology to remove surface-
- mount chips and socket them ...
-
- Incidently, I have had very impressive speed increases with clocking my
- ARM3 higher (16MHz RAM), and I currently have on order from SimpTec a
- 4MB RAM card for the A5000 which replaces the main RAM with higher speed
- chips. Obviously if you have 8MHz RAM then you aren't going to see very
- impressive speed increases by clocking the ARM3 at 35 rather than 25MHz.
