  16.   I am looking for a speech processing software working with the Data Translation
  17. DT2821 I/O card. I'd like to have a program allowing to edit one or many acoustic
  18. speech signals, to make spectral analyses such as an FFT or an LPC using various
  19. windows (Hamming, Kaiser...), to compute spectrograms and so on. Does someone know
  20. whether such a program exists or not? Any information on that point
  21. would be very helpful.
