- DECTalk is a text-to-speech system, I think it is a kind of peripheral with
- an access-function libraray. It's based on the Klattalk system developped by
- D. Klatt after his participation in the MITalk project.
- so here it is, I'd be grateful to hear more about the subject (TTS systems in
- general). If enough people are interrested I'd post more about work done in
- Europe in the field.
