  18.   DECTalk is a text-to-speech system, I think it is a kind of peripheral with
  19.   an access-function libraray. It's based on the Klattalk system developped by
  20.   D. Klatt after his participation in the MITalk project.
  21.   so here it is, I'd be grateful to hear more about the subject (TTS systems in
  22.   general). If enough people are interrested I'd post more about work done in
  23.   Europe in the field.
