- A couple of people have sent me messages recently saying that they have been
- receiving double copies of ECTL recently. It seems that this is an intermitant
- problem with our mailer. And it seems that it's not always affecting the same
- persons. I am addressing the problem and hopefully everything will be back to
- normal soon. Sorry for any inconvenience. I'd also like to hear from you if
- you should receive more than one copy of this issue of ECTL. Thanks.

- This is all I know. Sensimetrics is based in Cambridge (Massachusetts,
- USA).
-
- Sensimetrics (617-225-2442) is selling a Klatt-based synthesizer for IBM
- PCs, Macs, Suns and Nexts for $300 to researchers. "We created SENSYN so
- that a very high quality formant synthesizer, including its full source
- code, could be made freely available to the international speech research
- community."
-
- See ad in J. Acoustical Soc Am. Vol 92, No 4, Part 2, Oct 92, pg. xxvii for
- slightly more details.

- You should check with Sensimetrics Corp. in Cambridge Mass., USA.
-
- They have made a low-cost product based on the Klatt synthesizers. I
- believe source is available from them.
