- Hello,
-
- I need a program or a method to send and receive Macintosh Quickmail
- that contains binary files like Microsoft Word documents. Does
- software or methods exist to accomplish this type of mail conversion?
-
- Currently, when I receive Quickmail from a MAC user with binary info
- the binary info is uuencoded, which is great because I know how to
- decode this. But when I uudecode it, I get the original binary file
- with Quickmail header info that I don't want. Also, I don't know how
- to send binary files to a MAC user in such a way that their Quickmail
- reader would understand it and do the necessary conversions.
-
- Any help or suggestions of a possible program, or even reference
- material on Mac quickmail header format would be greatly appreciated.
