  43. Back in March 86, I attended a presentation of Ron Willis of Hughes
  44. Aircraft, at an Conference on Software Quality and Productivity.

  46. He mentioned the work done at RADC, and described a "Modified"
  47. approach. Back at that time, I wanted to get hold of either
  48. publications, and I can't recall why I havn't done so.
  49.  
  50. Does anybody have more details on the Hughes approach? Is it available?
