  14. Please pardon the blanket appeal.  I am looking for technical
  15. reports published by the Rome Air Development Center of Griffis
  16. Air Force Base, NY, USA.  I wrote them about 6 weeks ago to ask
  17. about availability of their TRs and I have basically given up hope
  18. of receiving an answer.
