  21. I'm interested in a tool that lets the user define the requirements
  22. and from that, generates test specifications.  If there's any other 
  23. products not mentioned in the list, I'd like to know.

  25. Also, are there any standards for requirement specification?
  26. Or do they vary from application to application?
