  19. The XC versions (and this goes for all of their microcontrollers) are
  20. "eXperimental" releases, basically beta releases of the chip that haven't
  21. been fully tested--it's a "conditionally qualified" part.  The MC releases
  22. are obviously fully functional.  For all intents and purposes, they are the
  23. same.
