  26. My knowledge is also sketchy but I recall that it is something like providing
  27. almost a sniffer type capability to snmp.

  31. I looked through Marshall T. Rose "The Simple Book" from Prentice Hall and 
  32. the index was down right annoying. I did not see any reference to it.
