  19. This is often called a TELNETD, and there are four options:

  21. 1. Free TELNETD - it's not the greatest but it is free.  FTP to 129.97.50.50
  22.    and get pub/wattcp/telnetd.zip

  24. 2. Beame&Whiteside include a TELNETD inside their BW-TCP 3.0.  The package 
  25.    comes with other TCP applications like TELNET, FTP, a nifty LPD, etc.
