  10. Some days ago, I had the chance to buy a 2nd hand Harddisc but the 
  11. cylinders/sectors/head infromation the vendor gave me seem to be wrong.
  12. Since I got the harddisc without a case and information I don't even know
  13. what brand it is...
  14. On top it says:     imprimis   M/N ST1100
  15. and on the pcb:     Rigidyne
  16.  
  17. The vendor told me that it's a 80Meg MFM disc with 17 sectors, 9 heads
  18. and 1024 cylinders. When I format the disc with these figures I get errors.
  19.  
  20. Has anyone an idea what kind of disc this could be.
  21. Any help is greatly apreciated.
