  16. I am posting this on behalf of a friend who doesn't have access to NEWS.
  17. He is supposed to do some research for a parallel file system. This is to 
  18. be used for a MIMD architecture where the nodes are connected by a perfect 
  19. shuffle network. They plan to use a whole bunch (~64) of cheap SCSI disks
  20. with the machine. This is a research project under development at the
  21. University of Karlsruhe, Germany ("Project Triton", I think). He has a few
  22. journal articles/conference papers on the parallel file system used by Intel
  23. iPSC hypercube architecture. However, he would like to have as many additional
  24. references as possible.

  26. So if any of you out there know about technical reports, journal articles,
  27. and conference papers dealing with parallel file systems, please let me know!
