- Hi netters!
-
- I am posting this on behalf of a friend who doesn't have access to NEWS.
- He is supposed to do some research for a parallel file system. This is to
- be used for a MIMD architecture where the nodes are connected by a perfect
- shuffle network. They plan to use a whole bunch (~64) of cheap SCSI disks
- with the machine. This is a research project under development at the
- University of Karlsruhe, Germany ("Project Triton", I think). He has a few
- journal articles/conference papers on the parallel file system used by Intel
- iPSC hypercube architecture. However, he would like to have as many additional
- references as possible.
-
- So if any of you out there know about technical reports, journal articles,
- and conference papers dealing with parallel file systems, please let me know!
- Please send email, as I am not able to follow this group. I will post a summary
- of all responses in about two weeks! Thanks for your help in advance! It is
- appreciated!
-
