  14. As a benefit of being a member of TCOS we are making the proceedings of
  15. the Third Workshop on Workstation Operating Systems available at
  16. significantly reduced price.  The workshop brings together key
  17. researchers and practitioners in the field of operating systems to
  18. discuss (and argue!) changes necessary to support modern workstations.
  19. The third workshop was a tremendous success.  The proceedings include
  20. papers from the authors, as well as a detailed description of the
  21. discussions.

  23. The proceedings are approximately 190 pages.  The special TCOS member
  24. price is $20, including postage to the U.S, Canada or Mexico.  All
  25. others, please add $5 for Airmail delivery.  No purchase orders or
