  11. I've recently received the PDK CD-ROM, and have been slowly working out
  12. what it contains (unfortunately, I have no access to a CD-ROM drive on my
  13. OS/2 machine, so I have to transfer files in a complicated way...). I found
  14. the "image toolkit" files on the CD, but can't seem to get them installed.
  15. What does one do? I tried using itkinsta.exe, and pointing it to the
  16. itkfmt16.dll for the format library, but clicking on install always gives
  17. an intallation error. Suggestions?

  19. Another CD-ROM question: which files, from the CD, do I need to read .BOO
  20. files? Is ibmread.exe enough, or do I need some dll too?
