  23. If he wants to make bitmap fonts, there is a font editor in the
  24. Programmer's toolkit/2.  It he wants to make ATM fonts, he'll need a
  25. development kit from Adobe.  Adobe's kit will contain the necessary
  26. information/programs to create Type-1 fonts and metrics, including the
  27. .AFM metrics that OS/2 uses.
